NON-HOLIDAY ..........................	$229/night (2 night minimum).
HOLIDAYS* ............................	$250/night. (3 night minimum).
*HOLIDAYS include: MLK; Presidents; Memorial; Labor; Thanksgiving.
SPECIAL EVENT: Banked Slalom .........	$250/night (3 night minimum).
CHRISTMAS ............................	$400/night (4 night minimum).
NEW YEARS ............................	$450/night (4 night minimum).
Rentals are subject to $80 cleaning fee. Extra person fee of $25 per person per night for groups larger than 6
All Rentals Subject to 10.5% tax, $400 damage deposit 1 night fee required to hold.
